集成度量指标

Metrics

All website statistics in Finteza are presented in the form of metrics – numerical characteristics calculated using web page visits. In requests to HTTP Report API, the metrics are set in the metrics parameter.

Website visits metrics #

This group of metrics provides data on the website general traffic.

Metric

Type

Description

webvisits #

integer

Visits (hits).

Number of website pages viewed by all visitors for a certain period of time.

The parameter considers all transitions to web pages, including repeated ones made by the same users. Web page loading is considered as well.

webvisits_sessions #

integer

Sessions.

A session is a set of requests to a website made by a visitor within a certain period of time. Requests may include page views, clicking external links, downloading files, etc. In fact, they represent any user activity on the website.

A session is considered complete if a user does not execute new requests within 30 minutes. The session is also forcibly terminated at the end of the day (UTC).

webvisits_sessions_durable #

integer

Session duration.

Currently, sessions lasting more than 0 seconds are considered to be long. In fact, these are all sessions, except for a single visit to the website, when only one page load event is sent to Finteza (the user did not browse through the pages and did not generate tracked events, as well as no service events were generated).

webvisits_users #

integer

Visitors.

Number of unique users who visited the website within a certain time period.

webvisits_newusers #

integer

New visitors.

Number of unique users who visited the website for the first time within a certain time period.

webvisits_retusers #

integer

Returning visitors.

Number of unique users who visited the website within a certain time period and who already visited it previously.

webvisits_online #

integer

Visitors online.

Number of users who performed any requests to the website within the last 15 minutes.

Requests may include page views, clicking external links, downloading files, etc.  In fact, they represent any user activity on the website.

webvisits_bounce_rate #

double

Bounce rate.

This is a percentage of visits that did not include transitions within the website, when users examined one page less than 15 seconds and left.

After 15 seconds spent on the web page, the JavaScript Client sends a special event to Finteza informing that the user is still on it. Even if the user does not move further to other pages of the website, the visit is not counted as a bounce and does not increase the corresponding metric value.

webvisits_pages #

double

View depth.

Average number of website pages viewed per one session.

Defining unique, new and returning users #

When calculating various metrics, the uniqueness of a user is determined by the anonymous browser ID written into cookies when downloading the Finteza tracking code from the website. When deleting cookies and re-entering the website, the visit is counted as yet another unique one.

The same method is used to define whether a user is a new or a retuning one. If his or her cookies feature an ID, this means the user has visited the website previously, otherwise, it is the very first visit. When deleting cookies and re-entering the website, the user is considered as new.
